Admission Policy

Admissions are subject to seats available in respective grades.

General Norms for Admission
  • The Application Form, duly filled, must be submitted along with the respective admission fees in cash or Demand Draft.
  • The application should be furnished with Correct information without fail and this will be used as a basic for the school records.
  • Original birth certificate for verification and a Xerox copy of it should be attached with the application.
    The date of birth must be proved genuinely by one of the following
    Corporation/Municipal / Panchayat Union / birth certificate or passport.
  • For admission to L.K.G the child should complete the age of three on 31st of July.
  • Age for Admission
       L.K.G - 3 Years +
       U.K.G - 4 Years +
       I Std - 5 Years +
  • Transfer certificate should be produced for admission for U.K.G and other class from the Previous Recognized Schools.
  • Students those who seek admission from other states (Other than Tamilnadu), must produced their Transfer Certificate counter signed by the Educational Authority of their district
  • Readmission should be done to students who promoted from U.K.G to STD I.

Curriculam - Curricular And Extra Curricular Activities

  • Christian Doctrine or Moral Science, English, Tamil, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Drawing, Physical Education, Common Hindi and Computer Science are in our curricular activities.
  • Periodically, the Literary Association and Science Club will meet and conduct elocutions, debates, competitions, quiz programmes etc., to promote the literary and scientific knowledge of the children.
  • Participation in extra- curricular activities is a must for all students, for which opportunities are provided. This is to promote physical fitness and talent development.

On every Thursday , the students should wear T-Shirt & White Dress, White shoes & White Socks.

Academic Policy

Examination & Reports

The school will conduct three mid-term examinations and three terminal examinations, Progress reports will be sent to the parents periodically. These should be returned duly counter signed within two days, parents many discuss the progress of their children with the Principal/Vice principal after fixing up prior appointments.

Parents are requested to examine carefully the monthly reports and to cooperate with the teachers I helping their children to improve in whatever subjects they are weak and also to correct the faults mentioned in the report.


A pupil is promoted on the basis of his/her performance during the whole year. Hence, regularity, in attendance and studies is important.

Result declared at the end of the year is final in all cases and it will not be reconsidered under any circumstances. A pupil whose conduct is not up to the school shall be asked to leave the school. Also a student who fails twice in the same class will not be allowed to continue his/her studies in the school.


A hand written application by the parent should be submitted for the Transfer certificate. It shall not be issued unless all the fees due for the term in which the pupil last attended have been remitted.

A weeks’ notice in writing is required for the withdrawal of a pupil.


  • Students must obtain 100% attendance during the academic year. Great importance is given to achievement of this goal and in this respect we expect full support and co-operation from taking leave for various ceremonies. Parents are requested to seek leave for their children only on unavoidable circumstances.
  • No student shall absent herself/himself without obtaining leave previously. Absentees or latecomers should not enter the class without the written permission of the Principal.
  • If a student is absent for more than 15days continuously he/she should produce the medical Certificate.

General Rules And Regulations

  • In order to acquire fluency in English all the student must speak only English in the school premises
  • Students are expected to be present for the daily assembly.
  • It is compulsory for every student to come to school in full uniform including footwear.
  • Story books, cell phones or periodicals should not be brought to school without the consent of the school authorities.
  • Students are forbidden to play, shout or run about in the classrooms and verandahs. They must never sit on the teacher’s chair or on the desks.
  • Students must help to keep the school premises clean and tidy. It is strictly forbidden to write or scratch on the school walls, furniture and black board. Waste papers, peels and seeds or fruits must be thrown in the waste bins provided student who damage school property must replace damage.
  • No gifts or donations to the teachers are allowed.
  • Parents/visitors are strictly forbidden to enter the school premises except on occasions specified by the school authorities.
  • No student is allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours without the permission of the Principal.
  • No collection for nay purposes whatsoever is to be made without the approval of the Principal.
  • Parents are requested to take careful not of the communication of teachers in the pages of the school calendar.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of work, cheating, disobedience, or disrespect towards teaching and non-teaching staff, or bad moral influence upon other children, all justify dismissal from the school. Students are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct within and outside the school.
  • Courtesy, refined manners, good behaviors are all to be maintained by the efforts of parents and teachers in harmony. A spirit of loyalty and gratitude should be cultivated at home; a spirit of generous involvement and dedication to the ideals of the school should be the aim of the parents and student.
  • Students are expected to participate in all the activities of the school.
  • The permission of the principal is required for any student activities such as parties, picnics, excursions, class organization etc.
  • Forging parent’s signature or altering marks and grades will be viewed seriously.
